Our hearts go out to everyone affected by COVID-19 Virus as these are uncertain times for the entire world. We're doing our best and will continue shipping out orders.

First and foremost, health and safety is our top priority. We've been taking preventive measures since January to keep our products clean and maintain a healthy environment. Every new shipment of equipment and supplies gets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before they get used. We've been using masks and gloves to ensure that all orders being made and packed are in a sterile environment. 

We've been closely monitoring this situation and rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to keep everyone updated.

SHIPPING UPDATES

All orders excluding February and March boxes are shipped out between 2-3 business days by the postal office to worldwide countries. If your local post office are not able to accept regular mail due to COVID19, please let us know so we can figure out a courier that works best for you.

February Interstellar Squad Box

We are currently waiting for the larger item to arrive from overseas and are happy to announce that it has been shipped! We are awaiting for them to arrive and we're currently awaiting their release from customs. Unfortunately there has not been a delivery date (to us) yet and it's looking like we won't be getting the boxes out until later this month.

March The Witcher Boxes

We've been waiting on two enamel pins (production has been finished) but due to the limited amount of flights into the US from overseas right now, it's been hard securing a ship date. However we will be doing our best to make sure it gets here asap even if it means paying extra. Sea shipping is another option for us but this will take even longer and we don't want these boxes to be held up any more.

Are you still shipping to my country?

We are still shipping worldwide with the postal office, however if your're having issues please contact us so we can figure out a courier that works best for you.

How do I change my address?

Please send us an email directly to fabledmerch@gmail.com and we can get it changed for you!

Will there be upcoming boxes?

Yep! We have some really fun themes planned but will not be releasing any new themes until our two outstanding boxes have been shipped.
